This most picturesque route covers a great territory in the northwest of Russia. Your ship will run upstream the Neva River, through the great lakes Ladoga and Onega, and then down the Volga River to Moscow. A day in Moscow, and the cruise ship begins it way back to St.Petersburg.

1. In full, it is a round trip, from St.Petersburg to Moscow and back to St.Petersburg. But what passengers see on their way back, is not a repetition of what they have already seen. The ship will call at different locations. So, you will get the idea of the full trip if you add the description of St.Petersburg-Moscow voyage to the description of Moscow-St.Petersburg voyage.

2. The voyage from St.Petersburg to Moscow 1st day: departure from St.Petersburg at 18:00 2nd day: Mandrogy village, 12:00 - 15:00. Picnicking, Russian traditional food under the accompaniment of live Russian folklore music. To make the idea of Russian folk life more complete, you will visit and Old Russian village with its museum of traditional wooden building and trades and crafts center. 3d day: Kizhi, arrival 08:00, departure 11:00. An open-air Museum of wooden Russian architecture. A walking tour of the architectural reserve "Peasant life and culture of Onega region" 4th day: Goritsy, 12:00 - 15:00. Bus tour to Kirillo-Belozersky Monastery - one of the greatest holies of Russian Orthodoxy.
5th day: Myshkin, 09:00 -12:30. Walking city tour with a visit to the only museum in the world dedicated to mice. ("Mysh" means a mouse) 6th day: Moscow, arrival at 15:30. Additional excursion program is possible.

3. The voyage from Moscow to St.Petersburg 1st (7th) day: Moscow, departure at 17.30. Additional excursion program is possible 2nd (8th) day: Uglich, 16:00-20:00. A walking city tour with a visit to Transfiguration cathedral and St.Dmitry church "On the Blood". There the last offspring of Ivan the Terrible - Tsarevich Dmitry - was killed.
3d(9th) day: Goritsy, 16:00-19:00. Enjoy a walk or take an additional excursion of Ferapontov monastery, where fresco paintings by Dionysius survived (XV century).
4th (10th) day: In the way
5th(11th) day: Valaam, 15:00-21.00. A walking tour to the cloisters of Valaam. The life of Russian hermits was greatly beautified by the harmony of surrounding nature.
6th(12th day) arrival in St.Petersburg at 08:00.
